Commission Information {OUTDATED}

Terms of Service:

Payment:

- I accept DeviantART Points () as well as Paypal USD. $1 USD = 100
- Payment is expected when the commission is accepted. I will not begin working until I am paid in full. Payment plans may be discussed for purchases above $300 USD/30000
- For Paypal payments, send me your Paypal email address so I may send you an invoice.
- For Points payments, I will either accept the Points via Commission Widget or Gifting depending on what I may want to use the Points for.
- Unless something personal occurs that prevents me from completing a commission, I do not give refunds.
- Prices may range based on the complexity of the piece you are requesting from me. In these cases, prices may be negotiated within reasonable limits.

Cancellation:

- Commissions may only be cancelled if they are pending (either not paid for yet, in the waiting queue paid for, OR in the sketching stage already paid for). If the commission has already been started past the sketching stage, it is too late to cancel. If a commission is cancelled while in the waiting queue, you will receive a full refund.

What You Receive:

- A full quality, full size, .png image file. I can also provide .sai or .psd files if you'd like.

Terms of Use:

- Art commissioned from me may only be used for personal uses and may not be used commercially.
- If you wish to re-post a commission from me on DeviantART or any other website, please do so with credit including a link back to my profile at TheRiversEdge.
- I reserve full rights to any artwork I create and can display in any portfolios or share elsewhere.
- You may not edit my artwork without my discretion.

Process:

- Contact me through DeviantART notes to discuss what type of commission you'd like, the prices, and any other specifics. I can also temporarily provide you with my Discord or Gmail contact info if those are more convenient means of communication for you.
- Once the commission info is all worked out, I will accept full payment and put your commission on the waiting queue. I complete commissions in order, so check the queue to estimate how much time it may take until I start your commission. 
- If any fixes or changes must be made after the commission is completed, they can only be small, minor changes that do not require the entire image to be redone.
- Your commission will be posted to my gallery including a download file of the full resolution image upon completion. After posting, I will contact you directly that I have completed your commission.
- I have the full right to decline your commission request for any reason.

Will Draw:

- Animals, fictional species, etc.
- Humans and anthros
- Tasteful partial nudity
- Minimal/cartoony blood and gore

Won't Draw:

- Complex machinery or architecture
- Themes offensive to one's race, gender, sexuality, etc.
- Pedophilic or otherwise abusive relationships
